I love the bikes, but I'm really struggling with the app. Often just buffers/loads endlessly upon opening and doesn't show the map with bike locations etc. Need to close and re-open multiple times for it to properly load the map, which makes it a really frustrating user experience. Also not always v easy to spot where the designated parking spaces are.

Just downloaded the app and am looking forward to hiring a bike. On first impression, the app user experience is not ideal - the sheer number of pins obliterates sight of the map and makes scrolling around it clunky, verging on impossible at times. Perhaps you could make the pins into smaller dots?

5* for the price and quality of the bikes. 1* for the app! I've not been using the service long, but the app experience has been horrendous from day 1. Slow to start up, slow to pan around, slow to check an individual bikes battery level. Extremely slow to reopen the app at the end of a journey, slow to update location to try and end, slow to take a photo... And then you go and reduce the performance by adding a 3d map no one needs! I love the bikes. Please fix the app experience 🙏🏻
